Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Cargo

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our scrap-hunters inspect the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
